5 Stars red wagon
This wagon is easy to fold up and take with you where ever you want to go. The kids love it. It’s sturdy and holds alot. I love the fact that it has a canopy for those hot sunny days, and the fact that it has a little storage compartment to hold extra items.I would highly suggest this wagon to anyone.
3 Stars Not What I Expected
This is suppose to be a utility wagon, but it did not hold up. The first time I put the canopy on, one corner ripped. We used it camping for my children and it was rained on so we left it outside that night and it rusted. It’s suppose to hold up to 250 lbs, but after my sister, who is 115 lbs, sat in it I saw rips on two sides. It was a little heavier than I thought it would be. The tag in the middle of my wagon said to push to open, push to close. I’m guessing that my wagon did not go through quality control.
1 Star deceivingly good
This wagon seemed like a wonderful thing at first. I absolutely loved its compactness and large unfolded size. However, it started breaking almost immediately. The canopy tore the first time I attatched it. In a little over a month one of the front top corners snapped off and the two front wheels actually fell off at the same time. It’s very convenient, but NOT STURDY!
5 Stars Real good product
We ordered for use in San Francisco when we thought our eldest would not tolerate the adult-paced walking. (The youngest certainly wouldn’t.) Unfortunately it arrived half-way through our visit, and we weren’t able to use it to the fullest. But it was stable, served its purpose, held a lot, and our children enjoyed the ride.
1 Star Do not purchase to tote children….
We purchased the wagon to move two special needs children while on vacation. To my dismay, our maiden voyage on our level driveway was a disaster….a front wheel fell off. I immediately contacted On the Edge…their customer service is amazing and I have nothing but good to say about the company…they sent out a new wagon. Upon arrival it was grease stained and looked used…the customer service rep once again did right by us and offered to send a new one even though I was going to have to take the “used looking” one on vacation. We took it on vacation and to our horror, both front wheels snapped off while on a gently sloping sidewalk with the boys in it causing one to fall out. Thankfully, there were no injuries. We were within the tolerance/weight limits and certainly were not “off roading” infact we used the wagon for not more than .5 miles. The design concept of the wagon is amazing. The extra few pennies that a bolt, set of washers and a lock nut would cost to secure the front wheels would be well worth the investment. We are deeply disappointed in the product…however, we are more than willing to purchasee from the company again as repeatedly they did the right thing.
